Resumo: Production practices aligned with the Circular Economy (CE) have been important for the harmony between economy, environment and society, especially when they evolve towards the optimization of resources and mitigation of environmental impacts. The objective of this research was to verify if the practices that are being adopted in the production of soy contribute and are in line with what is recommended by the CE. The research was classified as applied, qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, with the case study being the technical procedure used. Three soybean producers participated in the interview. 18 CE practices were identified in soybean production that are in line with what is recommended by CE, notably those of optimization, regeneration and virtualization, pointing to a more sustainable path of production and a possible transition from a Linear Economy to an CE.
