Intensity of labor in the production chain of soybean of Ijui/RS

Resumo: The article discusses the changes that the "modernization" brought both for agriculture and for industry, and is focused on soybean production chain, existing in Ijui/RS. On the first, there is a brief analysis on the role of work in contemporary society. In terms of methodological procedures, they were based Triviños (1987) and Gil (2002). As for social agents selected, 56 were questioned soybean producers, company managers interviewed two SOY S/A and also conducted a questionnaire with 33 employees of the same organization. In practical analysis, it was found that the owners of soybean crops are allocating much greater addition of chemical inputs such as more time for planning due to the replacement of hand labor by machinery, technology practical results. In urban work related to CPS, the degree of presence in the work intensity was expressed by the company researched work shifts, random and prolonged, confirming the hypothesis that the insertion of technology generates more work to the employee. Following are the elements that express why the insertion of new technologies and their impact on daily life of both soybean producers and workers in the industrial segment connected to Soybean Production Chain analyzed the municipality. Finally, the concluding remarks are accompanied by suggestions for checking the intensity of work in other industries and also members of contemporary society living labor.

En la primera, se hace un breve análisis sobre el papel del trabajo en la sociedad contemporánea. En términos de procedimientos metodológicos, que se basaban Triviños (1987) y Gil (2002). En cuanto a los agentes sociales seleccionados, 56 fueron interrogados productores de soja, los directivos de la empresa entrevistó a dos SOY S / A y también realizó un cuestionario con 33 empleados de la misma organización. En el análisis de la práctica, se encontró que los propietarios de los cultivos de soja están asignando además mucho mayor de productos químicos como más tiempo para la planificación debido a la sustitución de mano de obra por los resultados de la tecnología, la maquinaria prácticos. En el trabajo urbano relacionado con CPS, el grado de presencia en la intensidad del trabajo fue expresado por los turnos de trabajo de la empresa investigados, al azar y prolongado, lo que confirma la hipótesis de que la inserción de la tecnología genera más trabajo para el empleado. Los siguientes son los elementos que expresan la razón por la inserción de las nuevas tecnologías y su impacto en la vida diaria de los productores de soja como para los trabajadores del sector industrial conectado a la Cadena de Producción de Soja analizado el municipio. Por último, las conclusiones se acompañan de propuestas para el control de la intensidad del trabajo en otros sectores y miembros de la sociedad que viven del trabajo contemporáneo. O artigo debate as transformações que a “modernização” trouxe tanto para a agricultura como para a indústria, tendo-se como foco a cadeia produtiva da soja, existente em Ijuí/RS. Por primeiro, tem-se uma breve análise sobre o papel do trabalho na sociedade contemporânea. Em termos de procedimentos metodológicos, os mesmos estiveram baseados em Triviños (1987) e Gil (2002). Quanto aos agentes sociais selecionados, foram questionados 56 produtores de soja, entrevistados dois gestores da empresa SOJA S/A e ainda realizado um questionário com 33 trabalhadores desta mesma organização. Na análise prática, constatou-se que os proprietários das lavouras de soja vêm destinando tanto uma maior adição de insumos químicos como mais tempo para o planejamento em razão da substituição da mão-de-obra pelas máquinas, resultados práticos da tecnologia. No trabalho urbano relacionado à CPS, o grau da presença da intensidade do trabalho na empresa pesquisada se expressava pelos turnos de trabalho, aleatórios e prolongados, o que comprova a hipótese que a inserção da tecnologia gera mais trabalho ao assalariado. Em seguida estão os elementos que expressam o porquê da inserção de novas tecnologias e seu impacto no cotidiano tanto dos produtores de soja como dos trabalhadores do segmento industrial ligado à Cadeia Produtiva da Soja do município analisado. Por último, estão as considerações finais acompanhadas de sugestões para a verificação da intensidade do trabalho em outros setores econômicos e também integrantes da sociedade contemporânea que vive do trabalho.
