Resumo: Abstract: Regional theory and policy are in tension by the uncovering of deficiencies of conventional systems to deal with issues of the social formation of non-central countries that also hampers the central ones. A reconstruction of regional analysis at national scale is mandatory to up to date formal economic analysis.
