Evaluation of the bibliographical production about the motherhood to the child bearer of congenital malformation

Resumo: Goal: The present research presents a overview of the scientific production trends about the motherhood, in the presence of a congenital malformation. Method: It treats of a descriptive, qualitative study, of exploratory nature that used the bibliographic research in national and international indexed electronic data bases like tool for the data search. There were analyzed abstracts of works available on-line in the bases BVS, BDENF, Cochrane, LILACS, MEDLINE, MINERVA, SCIELO and Portal CAPES. Results: The research evidenced greater trend of production about the theme in the Psychology area, being evidenced “gaps”, mainly in the Nursing publications. Conclusion: We point, thus, the need of greater thematic’s discussion, in order to make possible to contribute for the construction of a solid body of knowledge for base of the obstetric and neonatologist nurse’s practice. Método:Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, quantitativo, de natureza exploratória que utilizou a pesquisa bibliográfica em bases de dados eletrônicas indexadas nacionais e internacionais como ferramenta para busca de dados. Foram analisados resumos de trabalhos disponíveis on-line nas bases BVS, BDENF, Cochrane, LILACS, MEDLINE, MINERVA, SCIELO e Portal CAPES. Resultados: A pesquisa evidenciou maior tendência de produção sobre o tema na área da Psicologia, sendo evidenciadas “lacunas”, principalmente nas publicações de Enfermagem. Conclusão: Apontamos, assim, a necessidade de maior discussão da temática, afim de que possa contribuir para a construção de um corpo de conhecimento sólido para fundamentação da prática da enfermeira obstetra e neonatologista.
