Resumo: The aims are: to identify in the literature, if the client with surgical indication for the aneurysm treatment, test the border life/death and describe if the nursing cares provided to the client reflect the specific care that he should receive, with base in the existing articles. Methods: It will be performed a bibliographic research in online databases, boarding the cerebral aneurysm and the complicated experience lived by the patient and his family. Results:This theme becomes relevant in the practice of nurses once that the themes cited above, attack a significant bit of the world population and have not been widen studied, enabling to their clients (patient and family) a worthier and less traumatic experience.

Métodos: Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica em bases de dados online, abordando o aneurisma cerebral e o processo vida e morte experienciado pelo paciente e sua família. Resultados: este estudo auxilia na análise da clientela que perpassa pelo processo de morte.
