Resumo: The research concerns the representativity of women in the context of Brazilian politics. It considers the shortage of women in diverse contexts, mentioning the main obstacles to the concretization of the fundamental law of political participation of the woman. In a critical perspective, the objective is to show that the political shortage is an obstacle to the exercise of full democracy. The method used will be a bibliographical review, searching information in books, academic articles, legislations and other documents which show relevance to the research. The results of the research point to the necessity of the implementation of affirmative public politics and of the usage of technology, with more efficient rules, which aim at the effective success of feminine application, searching a more egalitarian political space in matters of gender. This challenge's objective is to implement rights of personality of women.

Considera el déficit de representación femenina en los diferentes ámbitos, mencionando los principales obstáculos para la realización del derecho fundamental de participación política de las mujeres. Desde una perspectiva crítica, pretende mostrar que este déficit político es un obstáculo para el ejercicio de la democracia plena. El método utilizado será la revisión bibliográfica, buscando información en libros, artículos científicos, legislación y otros documentos que resulten aptos para el desarrollo de la investigación. Los resultados de la investigación apuntarán a la necesidad de la implementación de políticas públicas afirmativas y el uso de tecnología orientada al éxito efectivo de las candidatas, buscando un espacio político más equitativo en temas de género. Este desafío tiene como objetivo la realización de los derechos de personalidad de las mujeres.A pesquisa trata da representatividade das mulheres no âmbito político brasileiro. Considera o déficit de representatividade feminina nos diversos âmbitos, mencionando os principais obstáculos à concretização do direito fundamental de participação política da mulher.  Em uma perspectiva crítica, objetiva mostrar que esse déficit político é um obstáculo ao exercício da democracia plena. O método utilizado será o de revisão bibliográfica, realizando a busca de informações em livros, artigos científicos, legislações e demais documentos que se mostrem aptos ao desenvolvimento da pesquisa. Os resultados da pesquisa apontarão para a necessidade da implementação de políticas públicas afirmativas e a utilização da tecnologia que visem ao sucesso efetivo das candidaturas femininas, buscando um espaço político mais igualitário em questões de gênero.
