Resumo: | The collective actor becomes a reality as the leadership of an organization evolves from an individual to a holistic form, thus transcending individuals forming the organization. During collective actions devoted to regional development, engages a process of transition from an individual to a holistic leadership. Each person involved in collective achievements internalizes common goals, then takes part in collective actions and identifies to shared values in an organization. This is how the collective actor becomes a coherent whole. |

Au cours d’actions collectives vouées au développement régional, s’enclenche un processus de transition d’un leadership individuel à un leadership holistique. Chacune des personnes impliquées dans les réalisations collectives, intérioriseront des objectifs communs pour ensuite s’engager dans l’action collective et s’identifier à des valeurs partagées dans une même organisation.
