Resumo: | The paper analyzes the documentary O Acre existe (2013), directed by Bruno Graziano, Milton Leal, Paulo Silva Junior and Raoni Gruber. The goal is to argue how the state of Acre is represented in this film narrative. For the study, the aspects dealt with in the film about the state of Acre are taken into consideration: the Daime, rubber, indigenous, human relations, Chico Mendes, Jabuti Bumbá and the arrival of Haitians to the state. The construction of this mosaic called Acre demonstrates the imaginary maintenance and stereotypes about this place. Characters appear amid the forest, surrounded by animals and rivers, forest spaces and the city are not differentiated, the images produced give idea of emptiness, monotony, slowness and sadness. Religious and cultural aspects involving the Daime, indigenous and merriment Jabuti Bumbá are treated in a fragmented way. But since the purpose of the video is to find out what Acre is and who its inhabitants are, it can be considered a valid effort through the attempt to join parts of an identity flow. To support the studies, the authors Stuart Hall, Ana Pizarro, Luciana Murari, Durval Muniz Albuquerque Junior and Ana Pizarro were cited. Keywords: imaginary, stereotypical, Acre, Amazon. |

Verso e Reverso2017-12-31info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/versoereverso/article/view/ver.2018.32.79.0310.4013/ver.2018.32.79.03Verso e Reverso; v. 32 n. 79 (2018); 25-331806-6925reponame:Verso e Reverso (Online)instname:Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS)instacron:UNISINOSporhttps://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/versoereverso/article/view/ver.2018.32.79.03/60746087Queirós, Francisco Aquinei TimóteoMendes, Francielle Maria Modestoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2018-04-18T19:17:46Zoai:ojs2.revistas.unisinos.br:article/12623Revistahttp://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/versoereversoPRIhttp://revistas.unisinos.br/index.php/versoereverso/oaiperiodicos@unisinos.br||bmarocco@unisinos.br1806-69250103-1414opendoar:2018-04-18T19:17:46Verso e Reverso (Online) - Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS)false |
