Resumo: Considering the limited and scarce nature of public university resources and the increased demand for more efficient services, the objective of this research is to propose a performance evaluation model to support the management of organizational units of a federal university. For this, a case study was carried out and, from the application of the Multicriteria Decision Aid Methodology, a performance evaluation model was developed based on the decision maker's preferences. The built model allowed to identify the points that need improvement, supporting the strategic planning of the unit.

The built model allowed to identify the points that need improvement, supporting the strategic planning of the unit.Considerando los recursos limitados y escasos de las universidades públicas y la mayor demanda de servicios más eficientes, el objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un modelo de evaluación del desempeño para apoyar la gestión de las unidades organizativas en una universidad federal. Para ello, se realizó un estudio de caso y a partir de la aplicación de la Metodología Multicriterio de Apoyo a la Gestión Constructivista (MCDA-C) se desarrolló un modelo de evaluación del desempeño basado en las preferencias de los tomadores de decisiones. El modelo construido permitió identificar los puntos que necesitan mejora, apoyando la planificación estratégica de la unidad.Considerando-se o caráter limitado e escasso dos recursos das universidades públicas e o aumento da demanda por serviços mais eficientes, o objetivo da presente pesquisa é propor um modelo de avaliação de desempenho para o apoio à gestão de unidades organizacionais de uma universidade federal. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo de caso e, a partir da aplicação da Metodologia Multicritério para o Apoio à Gestão Construtivista (MCDA-C), foi desenvolvido um modelo de avaliação de desempenho baseado nas preferências da decisora.
