Resumo: This study aims to verify the level of disclosure of public governance in municipalities of the meso-regions of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys in Minas Gerais. As a methodology, the descriptive, documentary approach to the objectives and qualitative approach to the problem were adopted, with the interpretation of the results from the application of a checklist. The results showed that the levels of disclosure of the pillars of Public Governance are very uneven among the municipalities of the sample. The difficulties and limitations in attending to the Public Governance Pillars were predominantly in the smaller municipalities.

Como metodología, se adoptó el enfoque descriptivo, documental en cuanto a los objetivos y cualitativa en el abordaje del problema, con la interpretación de los resultados provenientes de la aplicación de un checklist. Los resultados apuntaron que los niveles de evidencia de los pilares de Gobernanza Pública son muy desiguales entre los municipios de la muestra. Las dificultades y limitaciones en la atención a los Pilares de la Gobernanza Pública fue de forma predominante en los municipios menores.Este estudo tem como objetivo verificar o nível de evidenciação de governança pública em municípios das mesorregiões dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri em Minas Gerais. Como metodologia, adotou-se a abordagem descritiva, documental quanto aos objetivos e qualitativa no tocante à abordagem do problema, com a interpretação dos resultados provenientes da aplicação de um checklist. Os resultados apontaram que os níveis de evidenciação dos pilares de Governança Pública são muito desiguais entre os municípios da amostra.
