Resumo: This article proposes an analysis of a series of texts of Oswald de Andrade, Jorge Luis Borges, Oliverio Girondo and Mario de Andrade referring to avantgarde  productions. The analysis aims to investigate the ways in which, from such testimonies, memories and reflections, it has been thought the literary avant-garde of the twenties in Argentina and Brazil, and placed in their respective cultural fields.
