Resumo: | This essay reflects on contemporary images as the body of the pain of the Other, as reflection spaces in themselves, starting from a phenomenological reading on images of bodies in pain, as well as considering them points of reflection about bodies seen as “different”. From Emmanuel Levinas it is possible to infer that images of bodies in pain open a reflection based on how opaque the image becomes as it hinders its own thematic. The images by photographer Sebastião Salgado have been selected as a reference for they induce thoughts of a quotidian without narratives, pushing the usual readings of bodies off balance, as bodies in dialogue with the world. The image of a “sore” body is, therefore, a reflection on an introvert body with no dialogue with the world – a body of excess. This is therefore another proposal to analyze Salgado’s photography. |

Se partirá de una lectura fenomenológica sobre imágenes del cuerpo en el dolor, considerándolas como instauradoras de una reflexión sobre el cuerpo diferente. Se trata de decir, a raíz del pensamiento de Emmanuel Levinas, que la imagen del cuerpo en el dolor abre una reflexión que se origina en su opacidad de imagen, según se funde la imposibilidad de temas. Usamos como referencia las imágenes del fotógrafo Sebastião Salgado, considerando que estas nos inducen a pensar en el cotidiano que no se puede narrar, poniendo en desequilibrio la lectura habitual sobre el cuerpo, como cuerpo que dialoga con el mundo. La imagen del cuerpo “en dolor” es, la reflexión sobre como un cuerpo en si mismo, y por lo tanto, sin diálogo con el mundo, el cuerpo del exceso. Se trata, entonces, de una propuesta “otra” para penar las fotografías de Salgado.Cet essai se propose à penser sur les images contemporaines, comme corps de la douleur de l'Autrui, étant fondatrices d'un espace réflexif en elles-mêmes. Il part d'une lecture phénoménologique des images du corps dans la douleur, tout en les considérant comme établissants d'une réflexion sur le corps différent. Il s'agit de dire, à partir de la pensée d'Emmanuel Levinas, que l'image du corps dans la douleur ouvre une réflexion originaire dans son opacité d'image, à la mesure qu'il fonde l'impossibilité de schématisation. On accueille comme référence les images du photographe Sebastião Salgado, considérant que celles-ci nous induisent à penser dans un quotidien sans narration, mettant en déséquilibre l'habituellle lecture sur le corps, comme corps qui dialogue avec le monde. L'image du corps « endolori » est, alors, de cette réflexion sur un corps soucieux, et, pourtant, sans dialogue avec le monde, le corps de l'excès. Il s'agit, alors, d'une proposition « autre » pour penser sur les photographies de Salgado.O presente ensaio propõe-se a pensar as imagens contemporâneas, enquanto corpo da dor do Outro, como fundadoras de um espaço reflexivo em si mesmas. Parte de uma leitura fenomenológica sobre as imagens do corpo na dor, considerando-as como instauradores de uma reflexão sobre o corpo diferente. Trata-se de dizer, a partir do pensamento de Emmanuel Levinas, que a imagem do corpo na dor abre uma reflexão originária na sua opacidade de imagem, à medida que funda a impossibilidade de tematização. Acolhemos como referência as imagens do fotógrafo Sebastião Salgado, considerando que estas nos induzem a pensar uma cotidianidade desnarrativizada, colocando em desequilíbrio a habitual leitura sobre o corpo, como corpo que dialoga com o mundo. A imagem do corpo "dolorido" é, então, reflexão sobre um corpo ensimesmado, e, portanto, sem diálogo com o mundo, o corpo do excesso.
