Resumo: The role of the word, as a communication tool in the New Testament, following the Old Testament tradition, where the creation of the world results from the obedience to the declarative act of the divine fiat, where the Dabar appears as a creative entity, becoming the communication tool between God and his people, until the New Testament in which the Logos is identified with God himself incarnating and becoming man. The polysemy of the God’s word is an incarnate word addressed to the men, becoming the main Gospel communication tool, as recorded in the New Testament narratives.
