Enunciative “looping effects” in Discourse Analysis and their legitimating function

Resumo: This paper is focused on a discussion on the concept of enunciative looping effects (MAINGUENEAU, 1989), understood as how the text establishes a scene that the enunciative activity simultaneously produces and assumes in order to legitimate itself. The corpus selected for analysis were those discourses in the printed media that deal with videogames in Portuguese and in French, in order to demonstrate how, through the use of the concept mentioned above, a more adequate treatment of the articulation that one verifies between enunciation and what was stated is possible from the analysis of different devices – discursive locution, topography, chronography, ethos, linguistic code – that define a given positioning inside a discursive field.

Tomando como corpus de análisis los discursos de los medios de prensa volcados para los videojuegos en portugués y en francés, se pretende demostrar de que modo, por el recurso al referido concepto, se vuelve posible un tratamiento más adecuado de la articulación que se verifica entre enunciado y enunciación, a partir del análisis de diferentes dispositivos – locución discursiva, topografía, cronografía, carácteres distintivos, código de lenguaje – que definen un dado posicionamiento en el interior de un campo discursivo.O presente artigo centra-se na discussão do conceito de enlaçamentos (MAINGUENEAU, 1989), visto como o modo pelo qual o texto institui uma cena que a atividade enunciativa simultaneamente produz e pressupõe para se legitimar.
