THE UTTERANCE “LULA LIVRE” AS A DISCURSIVE EVENT: A VIEW AT THE RELEASE OF LUIZ INÁCIO LULA DA SILVA

Resumo: This article explores how the release of the then-former president Lula in 2019 constitutes a discursive event. So, we anchor ourselves in the theoretical-methodological contribution of French Discourse Analysis with a Pecheuxtian orientation, mobilizing some of the devices that make up this perspective: conditions of production, discursive memory, discursive formation, ideological formation, and subject position. We therefore analyze the way in which this historical event is discursivized and produces effects of meaning, taking into account possible paraphrastic and polysemic elaborations of the utterance “Lula Livre”. Considering the different modes of meaning of this event/utterance, given the subject position that utters it or is challenged by it, we point out how what is sayable is “regulated” by the ideological conditions of speech production.

Para ello, nos anclamos en el aporte teórico-metodológico del Análisis del Discurso francés con orientación pecheuxtiana, movilizando algunos de los dispositivos que componen esta perspectiva: condiciones de producción, memoria discursiva, formación discursiva, formación ideológica y posición del sujeto. Por lo tanto, analizamos la forma en que este acontecimiento histórico es discursivizado y produce efectos de significado, teniendo en cuenta posibles elaboraciones parafrásticas y polisémicas del enunciado “Lula Livre”. Considerando los diferentes modos de significado de este evento/enunciado, dada la posición del sujeto que lo enuncia o es desafiado por él, señalamos cómo lo que es decible está “regulado” por las condiciones ideológicas de producción del habla.Discute-se neste artigo de que forma a libertação do então ex-presidente Lula, em 2019, constitui-se como acontecimento discursivo. Para tanto, ancoramo-nos no aporte teórico-metodológico da Análise de Discurso francesa de orientação pecheuxtiana, mobilizando alguns dos dispositivos que compõem essa perspectiva: condições de produção, memória discursiva, formação discursiva, formação ideológica e posição-sujeito. Analisa-se, assim, o modo como esse acontecimento histórico é discursivizado e produz efeitos de sentido, levando-se em conta possíveis elaborações parafrásticas e polissêmicas do enunciado “Lula Livre”.
