Resumo: This study aims at contributing to the debate on the area of evaluation public policies by bringing data analysis on the School Learning Assessment Program (Programa de Avaliação da Aprendizagem Escolar - PAAE) and its interfaces with Common Basic Program (Currículo Básico Comum - CBC) of History discipline at the State Public Education System of Minas Gerais, Brazil. We sought to analyze the evaluation and teaching-learning conceptions that guide the Program and which are present on CBC. For such, we chose as theoretical referential authors from the field of evaluation and curriculum. We observed a convergence between the concepts of History teaching found at the curricular proposal for High School and the test items used by the Program, as well as the need for researches inside the schools as a way to fill the gaps existent on the debates of the fields of educational evaluation and curriculum.

We observed a convergence between the concepts of History teaching found at the curricular proposal for High School and the test items used by the Program, as well as the need for researches inside the schools as a way to fill the gaps existent on the debates of the fields of educational evaluation and curriculum. Este texto tiene el objetivo de contribuir con el debate en la área de políticas públicas de evaluación, con datos analizados sobre el Programa de Evaluación de Aprendizaje Educativo (PAAE) y sus interfaces con el Plan de Estudios Común (CBC en su acrónimo en portugués) de la signatura de Historia en la Red Pública Estadual de Educación del Estado de Minas Gerais. Se buscó analizar las concepciones de evaluación y de enseñanza y aprendizaje que guían el programa, y que están presentes en el CBC. Para ello fue elegido, como referencial teórico, los autores del campo de la evaluación y del plan de estudios. Se ha constada una convergencia entre las concepciones de enseñanza de Historia presentes en la propuesta de estudios para la Enseñanza Secundaria, y los ítems de teste utilizados por lo programa, así como la necesidad de pesquisas dentro de las escuelas, como medio de llenar las lagunas existentes en los debates en el campo de la evaluación educacional y del plan de estudios.  Este texto visa a contribuir com o debate na área de políticas públicas de avaliação, com dados analisados sobre o Programa de Avaliação da Aprendizagem Escolar (PAAE) e suas interfaces com o Currículo Básico Comum (CBC) da disciplina de História na Rede Pública Estadual de Educação de Minas Gerais. Buscou-se analisar as concepções de avaliação e de ensino-aprendizagem que norteiam o programa, e que estão presentes no CBC. Para tanto, elegeu-se como referencial teórico os autores do campo da avaliação e do currículo.
