Resumo: Since the quality of teaching in public schools night has left to be desired, and still worried about the future of personal and professional students who attend school during this period, this research has developed, seeking to find resources and educational methods that awaken students' interest by the school, encouraging them to search for the best choices for your life. The study was through reflective interviews with teachers and students, using questionnaires with open questions. Our sample stuck to representatives of 120 students and 20 night high school teachers who carry out their functions in the same period. Both groups have made many calls for better education and sugge methods suggestd topics and methods of interest, which would e significantly to improving the qulity of teaching in these schools present today.

Both groups have made many calls for better education and sugge methods suggestd topics and methods of interest, which would e significantly to improving the qulity of teaching in these schools present today.Visto que a qualidade do ensino noturno nas escolas públicas tem deixado a desejar, e ainda preocupados com o futuro profissional e pessoal dos alunos que frequentam a escola nesse período, essa pesquisa se desenvolveu, procurando encontrar recursos e métodos educacionais que despertassem nos alunos o interesse pela escola, instigando-os para a busca de melhores escolhas para sua vida. A investigação ocorreu através de entrevistas reflexivas com professores e alunos, utilizando questionários com questões abertas.  Nossa amostra se ateve a 120 alunos representantes do ensino médio noturno e 20 professores que exercem suas funções nesse mesmo período.
