HIGH SCHOOL AND HUMAN TRAINING: WHEN INNOVATION PRESENTS ITSELF AS A THROWBACK

Resumo: The article discusses the school curriculum reformation in Minas Gerais, in line with the national program Ensino Médio Inovador, within the National Pact to strengthen the high school, since 2012. It is presented as the biggest change in the school curriculum already proposed by the state government of Minas Gerais. It is justified by the need to modernize teaching and adapt it to participate in the knowledge society. However, we identified the general lowering of basic and classic training of public school students, and a differentiation process that increases among students from different shifts. In addition, the impact on the teaching work is presented as the training in the work of a new type teacher, flexible. The work will be done with alienation deepening. Motivations, impact, change and possible outcomes are also analyzed.

Motivations, impact, change and possible outcomes are also analyzed. El artículo discute las reformas curriculares en Minas Gerais, alineado al programa nacional Escuela Secundaria Innovadora (Ensino Médio Innovador) dentro del Pacto Nacional por el fortalecimiento de la Escuela Secundaria desde 2012. Presentan-se cómo la mayor alteración en el currículo que ha ido propuesta por el gobiernomineiro. Se justifican por la necesidad de modernizar la enseñanza y adecuarla con la participación en la sociedad del conocimiento. Sin embargo, hemos identificado el rebajamiento general de la formación básica y clásica de los alumnos de las escuelas públicas, y un proceso de diferenciación que se acentúa entre los alumnos de turnos diferentes. Además, el impacto sobre el trabajo docente se presenta como la formación en el trabajo de un profesor de nuevo tipo, flexible; el trabajo se va a realizar con la profundización de la alienación. Las motivaciones, impactos, cambios y posibles resultados son también analizados. O artigo discute as reformas curriculares em Minas Gerais, alinhado ao programa nacional Ensino Médio Inovador dentro do Pacto Nacional pelo fortalecimento do Ensino Médio, desde 2012. Apresentam-se como a maior alteração no currículo já proposta pelo governo mineiro. Justificam-se pela necessidade de modernizar o ensino e adequá-lo à participação na sociedade do conhecimento. No entanto, identificamos o rebaixamento geral da formação básica e clássica dos alunos das escolas públicas e um processo de diferenciação que se acentua entre os alunos de turnos diferentes. Além disso, o impacto sobre o trabalho docente apresenta-se como a formação no trabalho de um professor de novo tipo, flexível; o trabalho realizar-se-á com o aprofundamento da alienação.
