AVALIAÇÃO DE EGRESSOS NA PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO: OS DESAFIOS DO MESTRADO PROFISSIONAL PARA A FORMAÇÃO

Resumo: The text refers to the context of the graduate assessment policy from the multidimensional model created by the European consortium U-Multirank (UMR) and adopted in the quadrennial evaluation (2017-2020) by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), which uses in the Training dimension the matter/item named former student as an assessment indicator based on the emphasis on production, destination, performance and received training.  When considering these evaluative criteria, the text aims to analyze the respective item from the experience of the Program of Public Policies, Management and Evaluation of Higher Education (PPGAES), a professional master's program aimed at public university employees. The data of the questionnaire applied to the former students, in addition to outlining the former students´ profile, seek to highlight the professional training journey, their perception on the master's course taken, the result of the dissertation work and the applicability relationship of the product in the institutional professional environment. From a formative assessment perspective, the PPGAES former students´ follow-up policy makes it possible to perceive the course itself, its potentials and needs in a self-assessment process.

Al considerar estos critérios evaluativos, el texto tiene como objetivo analizar el respectivo ítem a partir de la experiencia del Programa de Políticas Públicas, Gestão e Avaliação da Educação Superior (PPGAES), que es un programa de máster profesional dirigido a empleados de universidades públicas. Los datos del cuestionarios aplicados a los egresados, además de trazar el perfil de los egresados, busca ressaltar la trayectoria de formación profesional, su percepción del máster logrado, el resultado del trabajo de tesis y la relación de aplicabilidade del producto del trabajo en el entorno profesional institucional. Desde una perspectiva de evaluación formativa, la política de seguimento de egresados del PPGAES permite percibir el curso em si, sus potencialidades y necesidades en un proceso de autoevaluación.O texto situa-se no cenário da política de avalição da pós-graduação a partir do modelo multidimensional criado pelo consórcio europeu U-Multirank (UMR) e adotado na avaliação quadrienal (2017–2020) pela Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), que passa a utilizar na dimensão Formação o quesito/item egresso como um indicador de avaliação a partir do destaque da produção, destino, atuação e formação recebida. Ao considerar esses critérios avaliativos, o texto objetiva analisar o respectivo item a partir da experiência do Programa de Políticas Públicas, Gestão e Avaliação da Educação Superior (PPGAES), um programa de mestrado profissional destinado a servidores de universidades públicas. Os dados de questionário aplicado aos egressos, além de traçar o perfil dos egressos, procuram evidenciar a trajetória de formação profissional, a percepção deles sobre o curso de mestrado realizado, o resultado do trabalho dissertativo e a relação de aplicabilidade do produto no ambiente profissional institucional.
