Resumo: This study focuses on identifying the contributions of using Business Intelligence (BI) panels in meeting the National Goals set by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in the Judiciary of the State of Goiás, Brazil. The research centers on the relationship between the use of BI panels and the achievement of the National Goals, as well as examining how the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO) utilizes BI tools. Additionally, it aims to understand the perceptions of judges and staff regarding the benefits provided by BI management panels. The adopted methodology for the research is descriptive and quantitative. The data collection method involves the application of questionnaires to judges and staff from the administrative and judicial areas of the first degree of jurisdiction. The results show that the quality, clarity, and availability of information provided by BI are significant for organizational performance, and these characteristics are directly related to the system's ability to support informed and strategic decisions, which have contributed to progress in achieving the National Goals of the Judiciary at the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás.

La investigación tiene como objetivo comprender la relación entre el uso de paneles de BI y el cumplimiento de las Metas Nacionales y también verificar cómo TJGO hace uso de las herramientas de BI. Además, buscamos comprender la percepción de jueces y servidores públicos en relación a los beneficios que ofrecen los paneles de gestión de BI. La metodología adoptada para la investigación es descriptiva y cuantitativa. El método de recolección de datos implica la aplicación de cuestionarios a magistrados y servidores públicos de las áreas administrativa y judicial del 1er nivel de jurisdicción. Los resultados muestran que la calidad, claridad y disponibilidad de la información proporcionada por BI son significativas para el desempeño organizacional y que estas características están directamente relacionadas con la capacidad del sistema para soportar decisiones informadas y estratégicas, lo que contribuyó al avance en el logro de los Objetivos Nacionales del Poder Judicial. en el Tribunal de Justicia del Estado de Goiás.Este estudo consiste na identificação das contribuições do uso de painéis de Business Intelligence (BI) no cumprimento das Metas Nacionais estabelecidas pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) no Poder Judiciário do Estado de Goiás. O foco da pesquisa está na relação entre o uso de painéis de BI e o cumprimento das Metas Nacionais e ainda em verificar como o TJGO faz uso das ferramentas de BI. Adicionalmente, busca-se compreender a percepção de magistrados e servidores em relação aos benefícios oferecidos pelos painéis gerenciais de BI. A metodologia adotada para a pesquisa é descritiva e quantitativa. O método de coleta de dados envolve a aplicação de questionários a magistrados e servidores das áreas administrativas e judiciárias do 1º grau de jurisdição.
