Resumo: Since the implementation of the Integrated Subsystem of Attention to the Health of the Server (SIASS) in Tocantins, among other actions, it became possible to register and follow-up the dismissal of servers of the work due to health reasons. This study was carried out with the purpose of describing the epidemiological profile of Federal Public Administration servers in that state between 2012 and 2016. The study uses a descriptive-exploratory cross-sectional methodology whose information was obtained through reports from the SIAPE-Saúde subsystem. A total of 5,140 were registered, 4,343 licenses granted for health treatment were granted to 2,553 employees in an average annual population of 4,616 people, which resulted in 130,467 days of absenteeism. For each episode of withdrawal submitted to the skill the average duration was 44 days for female servers and 49 days for male servers. The cumulative prevalence of absenteeism-disease was higher among women (55%) between 31 and 40 years (31%). Diagnostic groups (ICD-10) with the highest cumulative prevalence of licenses were those of mental disorders (12% male, 25% female), musculoskeletal diseases (12% male, 19% female). It was concluded that the results can help to better understand the main health problems and the planning of health policies and actions of the worker, focusing on the groups with greater vulnerability.

It was concluded that the results can help to better understand the main health problems and the planning of health policies and actions of the worker, focusing on the groups with greater vulnerability.
