Resumo: The aim of the present work is to evaluate the relevance of the Local Aviation Productive Arrangement in the region of São José dos Campos / SP, as well as its developments, considering that its creation occurred because of the regional aeronautical industry, with national reflexes. The present work focuses on the reflection of conceptual topics relevant to the subject and analysis of data obtained from the Technological Park of São José dos Campos, in order to highlight the importance of this industry for the region. This article was based on a bibliographic review, as well as on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, obtained by the Law of Access to Information, and public data, ending with the application of these theoretical concepts with the data presented.
