ADMINISTRATIVE INNOVATIONS IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE IN BRAZIL IN THE 2010-2020 DECADE: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Resumo: The quality of the Health Care Network and the services provided are closely linked to health management. In this context, the implementation of innovative practices in the area is essential to improve the service and the environment in which it is offered, allowing the identification and resolution of deficiencies at the local or regional level. In order to identify the administrative practices adopted in the management of Primary Health Care from 2010 to 2020, the Integrative Literature Review method was used, through the databases BDENF, Lilacs, Medline and SciELO, with the descriptors “Administração de Serviços de Saúde”, “Atenção Primária à Saúde” and "Inovação". 28 publications were found, of which only 4 met the inclusion criteria for the study. The analysis of these publications allowed us to identify innovative strategies and practices in the administration of Primary Health Care, from reformulations in the managerial and care model to the adoption of local-level practices, such as the implementation of monitoring and evaluation instruments in units and the reorganization of space to improve the flow and reception of clients

Nesse contexto, a implementação de práticas inovadoras na área é fundamental para aprimorar o serviço e o meio em que são oferecidas, permitindo a identificação e resolução de carências em nível local ou regional. Com o objetivo de identificar as práticas administrativas adotadas na gestão da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) no período de 2010 a 2020, utilizou-se o método de Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, por meio das bases de dados BDENF, Lilacs, Medline e SciELO, com os descritores “Administração de Serviços de Saúde”, “Atenção Primária à Saúde” e “Inovação”. Foram encontradas 28 publicações, das quais apenas 4 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão do estudo.
