Summary: In this text and in continuity with previous reflections, I introduce what I define as epistemic restrictions in Labour Law as frames of knowledge that produce inequiality from their prefiguration. First, I offer a general framework from a dissident feminist perspective highlighting the core epistemic constributions to legal criticism. Then, I connect those issues with Labour Law, specifically to think about the problem of restrictive understandings. I organise this section in four frames. One of them, makes up the section dedicated to the trabajo que ensucia (work that pollutes and destroys), in response to the question of how we want to work, that is, to live -also epistemically- the work.

En primer lugar, repongo un marco conceptual general situado en la clave de los feminismos disidentes destacando los aportes epistémicos medulares a la crítica jurídica. Luego, retomo estos asuntos para pensar el derecho del trabajo a partir del problema de las comprensiones restrictivas que organizo en cuatro encuadres. Uno de ellos conforma el apartado dedicado al trabajo que ensucia frente a la pregunta por cómo queremos trabajar, esto es, vivir también epistémicamente el trabajo.Partindo de reflexões anteriores, no presente texto desenvolvo um ensaio do que entendo como restrições epistêmicas no direito do trabalho (DT) como “enquadramentos de conhecimento” que produzem desigualdade a partir de sua prefiguração. Em primeiro lugar, reponho um marco conceitual geral localizado na reflexão-chave dos feminismos dissidentes, destacando as principais contribuições epistêmicas à crítica jurídica. Em seguida, retomo essas questões para pensar o direito do trabalho a partir do problema das compreensões restritivas que organizo em quatro “enquadramentos”.
