Theoretical and methodological contributions to critical research and education

Resumo: This article aims to discuss the contributions of the Historical and Dialectical Materialism method and the assumptions of Social-Historical Psychology to research with teachers and managers the meanings constituted about the curriculum of initial training and about educational and pedagogical issues experienced in the teaching activity. For this purpose, we started from two investigations that share the purpose of understanding and explaining constitutive aspects of the activity and teacher education. In this direction, we will deepen the categories used by the two researches, highlighting the analysis procedures used, which, despite being common, were marked by the specificities of their objectives. To the extent that theoretical elements are articulated in reflective spaces, as proposed in the research discussed in this article, both in the process of listening to teachers and in a proposal called Research and Training, the analysis and reflections indicate that there is a relevant contribution to overcome challenges of everyday life of each reality investigated.

Para eso, partimos de dos investigaciones que comparten del propósito de comprender y explicar aspectos constitutivos de la actividad y de la formación docente. En esa dirección, profundizaremos las categorías utilizadas por las dos investigaciones, destacando los procedimientos de los análisis utilizados, que, a pesar de comunes, han sido marcados por las particularidades de sus objetivos. Como los elementos teóricos se articulan en espacios reflexivos, como se propone en la investigación discutida en este artículo, tanto en el proceso de escucha a los docentes como en una propuesta denominada Investigación y Formación, los análisis y reflexiones indican que existe un aporte relevante para superar la cotidianidad desafíos de cada realidad investigada.Este artigo tem como objetivo discutir as contribuições do método Materialista Histórico e Dialético e dos pressupostos da Psicologia Sócio-histórica para pesquisas com professores e gestores acerca das significações constituídas sobre o currículo da formação inicial e sobre questões educacionais e pedagógicas vividas na atividade docente. Para isso, partimos de duas investigações que compartilham do propósito de compreender e explicar aspectos constitutivos da atividade e da formação docente. Nessa direção, aprofundaremos as categorias utilizadas pelas duas pesquisas, destacando os procedimentos de análise utilizados, que, apesar de comuns, foram marcados pelas especificidades dos seus objetivos.
