Resumo: | This study approaches the themes of sustainability and Green Logistic, with the objective of analyzing which sustainability practices, focused on Green Logistic, are evidenced by the three largest cosmetic companies operating in Brazil. To do this, a basic, multivariate, descriptive and documentary study was carried out, with a qualitative approach, through analysis of the content of the management and sustainability reports for the 2014 to 2018 fiscal years of Avon, o Boticário and Natura. The results of the research demonstrated that the three companies analyzed show sustainability practices focused on Green Logistic, especially in relation to the redefinition of processes, of the entire production chain and of distribution; the reduction of greenhouse gases; the use of other modes of transport; partnerships with carriers, the supply chain, logistics operators and third parties; reduction and optimization of product distribution; reverse logistic; and reduction of carbon footprints. |
