This research aimed to present the various aspects that junior companies can bring to the community; more specifically in project management. Presenting the challenges we had in Pássus - Junior Company of Tourism, the Rosana UNESP. The MEJ comes every day impacting multiple instances, especially the universities of Brazil and the world, seeking to achieve their goals. Develop and offer more affordable projects, but without losing the quality is one of the roles of junior companies, thus the project management must be very structured to serve the community. Also in this issue, we highlight two important points that are complementary to graduation, ie, the application of what is learned in the classroom by students, and on the other hand, the service to customers who receive a service / product quality and often cheaper. It is presented in this paper the experiences we had in Pássus and mainly referred to restructuring in which the company started. The objective of this paper is to present the challenges for which the passus spent in project management and consequently point out some attitudes that passus had the respect to them. Regarding the methodology, exhibition ideas and reports were performed with the two former members of the junior company Pássus, who worked in the company's project management in the years 2011, 2012 and 2013 to discuss their experiences; and from it you can redeem these elements to compose the article. In addition to presenting a brief experience that Pássus had, we intend to expose these issues in this paper to seek increasingly consolidate the ideal of MEJ, of course, contribute to research in this area still lacks inquiries.
