Elaboração e compatibilização de projetos de uma residência unifamiliar: estudo de caso

In the current Brazilian state, few people are primarily looking for a professional to start developing residential projects in order to save money and face many obstacles during their execution, which makes it more expensive. When the project is hired, it is often only architectonic, which most often go through problems before or during the work because there were no previous studies of the other tools and when all are hired, are made by different professionals, causing a lack of integration between elements of the construction and consequently errors of project. In order to meet the level of expectation of the contractors, it was necessary to carry out studies and familiarization of the integrated projects for the synthesis of the same product, the residence. Therefore, this work has the objective of making the complete and detailed projects of a single family dwelling, which will be elaborated by a single professional who will be familiar with all the elements of the project, so that their compatibility is made and the least amount of incompatibilities. The purpose of this term paper is also to show how these projects can be read and visualized in a way that the real model of the elements of the work becomes clearer, whether in its aesthetics or its functionality. All the projects were made according to the norms and presented their details. In the three-dimensional model, there were few incompatibilities due to the fact that it was done only by one person, who was already familiar with the work, these were adjusted so that the work was done with good quality. Finally, the owner showed great satisfaction with the architectural elements and the functionalities of the complementary projects, which is important for the professional to grow in the labor market
