Resumo: This study reports the study of some structural improvements in a mobile foam generator. The equipment is used in the hygine of contamined surfaces with the application of foam, being widely used in food and beverage industries. These improvements are intended to facilitate the operator's working conditions throught its flexibility of handling, in addition to optimize the time and costs. This work will present a project management methodology, applied to the improvement of equipment, in order to attend the needs of the client, as well as a new opportunity for an upgrade in the Engineering portfolio

O equipamento é utilizado na higienização em superfícies contaminadas com a aplicação de espuma, sendo amplamente empregado em indútrias alimentícias e de bebidas. Estas melhorias visam facilitar as condições de trabalho do operador através da sua flexibilidade de manuseio, além de otimizar o tempo e os custos.
