Resumo: A review of the Neotropical Lauxaniidae genus Triconopsis Hendel, 1914 is presented with redescription of T. longicornis Hendel, 1914 and the description of T. caioalbertsi sp.n. (type locality Uruguay), including illustrations and a key.
