Resumo: The participation of impaired people in University Education in Brazil has partially been increasing. The Federal Government has highlighted affirmative actions that have the objective of implementing entry and permanency public policies in University Education, such as Restructuring the Federal Universities (Reuni), University for All Program (Pro-Un) and Incorporate Program, proposals which aim at favouring the equality of opportunities for exluded populations. This research had the intention to analyze the supports and the barriers of acessibility found by impaired students in the face of their participation in the University Education of Post-Graduation. Five students from the Post-Graduation courses in Collective Health, Botanic, Zootechnics and Scholar Education had been interviewed, identified as a total of disabled students in this teaching level at UNESP. Just five disabled students out of 12.818 ones enrolled in the Post-Graduation programof this Institution of High Education have acessed the post-graduation level, representing a minimum portion of 0,039% from the overall total of students enrolled and attending Master or Doctorate courses. The interview data were quantitatively anlayzed, according to the content analysis method. By developing this study, it was possible to notice the presence of partial changes for the removal of archiectural barriers, a fact that can contribute to the insertion of students with reduced physical and/or mobility imparirments in this teaching level, to the detriment of the insertion or other types of impairments, which demand other kinds of changes. Overall, it was verified that the university unities of UNESP have been developing actions, although being partial ones for guaranteeing the permanence of impaired people in qualified education levels, such as the Post-Graduation one. However, the university unities of this institution sttill have main challenges like: structural modifications...
