Resumo: The Alligare project, by the junior company Orbe – Internacional Relations, was developed in 2011 and carried recently in 2014, on Secos e Não Molhados, a non-governmental organization which purpose is the production and distribution of diapers to sick and needy children and adults from Franca and its region. Funded by the company Berlutini Shoes, the project aims to improve the internal administration of the NGO, and it is divided on four steps: strategic planning, development and management of social projects, insertion on networks and social networks and marketing planning. Through weekly workshops, the Alligare objectify the optimization of the realized work by the NGO using tools and corporate methods for the management of its projects.

Financiado pela empresa Berlutini Shoes, o projeto visa o aprimoramento da gestão administrativa interna da ONG, e é dividido em quatro etapas: planejamento estratégico, elaboração e gerenciamento de projetos sociais, inserção em redes e redes sociais e planejamento de marketing. Através de oficinas semanais, o Alligare objetiva a otimização do trabalho realizado pela ONG por meio do uso de ferramentas corporativas para o gereciamento de seus projetos.
