Resumo: This is a descriptive study aimed to report the building of a workshop for health professionals of an outpatient community clinic. As theoretical reference, the psychiatric reform and the singular therapeutic project were used; as well as the assumptions of the critical-historical pedagogy. It can be inferred that the meetings provided the participants a new view of their daily work in health service, as well as, to understand its difficulties and setbacks.

Se utilizaron las dimensiones de la reforma psiquiátrica y de un proyecto terapéutico único como referencias teóricas como recurso pedagógico. Se utilizaron los supuestos de la pedagogía crítica histórica. Se puede inferir que los talleres ofrecieron a los participantes una nueva posibilidad para reconocer el trabajo diario desarrollado en un servicio de salud, así como sus dificultades y contratiempos.Trata-se de um estudo descritivo onde se buscou relatar a construção de uma oficina para profissionais da saúde de um serviço ambulatorial de base territorial. Como referencial teórico, valeu-se das dimensões da reforma psiquiátrica e do projeto terapêutico singular, bem como utilizou-se dos pressupostos da pedagogia histórico-critica.
