This Project has been performed since May, 2010, and has a Sponsorship of PROEX. The target of the project is to integrate university extension and rural extension, cause at the same time, it offers the opportunity to learn and develop technical skills for the Students of the Business and Administration, Agronomy, Vet Medicine and Zootechnics Courses at UNESP – Jaboticabal, to practice and use all the obtained information they received in class, putting together this practice with the reality of each rural property, which also gives technical monitoring to the small milk family producers to contribute for a development of life quality for this people. In this 5 years of practicing 20 properties were monitored and it provided to the students more than 50 trainees positions, among them we can find scholarship students and volunteers. For the results obtained we can consider as best: the developed production, productivity and also the optimization of the jobs to be done, and to give the producers knowledge about the importance of the high quality milk for the human health. Considering the students, besides the scientific works done, and participation in conferences, a big knowledge to develop technical silks at the milk activities through the relation between real milk producers live which makes the students to search for help with the Masters at the University to solve the unexpected problems, not only with the instructions “by the book”. Then we can get the conclusion that this kind of Project can gives an important complement between University of Jaboticabal Students and the Families who lives around the University and are responsible for the Milk production at the same time it contributes to the offering of high scientific quality information to the students, and to the producers to get informations at a very low level costs.
