The project presented here investigates how the access to artistic experience enables transformations in the being and awakens the sensitivity of educators to a loving education. The study was made from the Legal People project developed in Bauru, idealized and coordinated by a theater group from the same city, Group Ato. Through frequent encounters aligned with theater, the main axis, the project has a character of sharing between educators and artistic alignments, thus encouraging the educator to access his creative and spontaneous essence, freeing himself from the fear of disapproval and aligning to his practice of Conscious, empowered and socially active.
