The Brazilian policy of hematologic and hemotherapic attention is strongly committed to ensuring the quality of blood available to the population. The arrival of blood donors to the hemocenters is an essential step to ensure that its objectives are achieved. However, the donor is often subjected to long queues, especially in external campaigns outside the Hemocenters, which creates discomfort, increases the index of rejection and reduce donator loyalty. This project, "Doe Sangue", adress these problems in 4 fronts: (1) development of an online scheduling application; (2) setting a webpage and interaction with social networking, for spread the cause; (3) measurement and study of the times of the stages of a campaign, namely: registration, pre-screening, screening, collection and rest; (4) Organization of model-campaigns of voluntary blood donation, at UNESP, campus de Guaratinguetá. The online scheduling allows organizers to estimate the number of candidates and distribute them equally throughout the period of the campaign. The measurement and analysis of time allows to quantify the duration of each step and set the maximum number of candidates per campaign, as well to measuring time in queues. The announcement on social networks is important for reaching young potential donors, whose loyalty can increase system stability. In addition, the dissemination of information (requirements for the donor, tips, procedures, reports, ...) is very fast and extremely cheap.
