Resumo: It is known that the search for esthetics, harmonization of the smile, alteration of color and shape of the teeth are currently the main reasons that lead the patient to seek the dental surgeon, to ensure, beauty and personal fulfillment. Thus, restorations with laminates, lenses and fragments used for minimally invasive preparations are an important ally for the resolution of these patients' complaints. This paper presents a clinical case and a brief literature review pointing out the main indications, contraindications, advantages and disadvantages of performing this type of treatment. Thus, the clinical case demonstrates the step-by-step protocol from the planning, execution and follow-up of the patient, since the ceramics selected together with the planning and the minimally invasive preparations presented a highly esthetic result and returned comfort and health to the patient

Dessa forma, as restaurações com laminados, lentes e fragmentos utilizadas para os preparos minimamente invasivos são um importante aliado para a resolução da queixa desses pacientes. Esse trabalho apresenta um caso clínico e uma breve revisão de literatura apontando as principais indicações, contraindicações, vantagens e desvantagens de se realizar esse tipo de tratamento.
