The aesthetic values of modern society and beautiful smile require harmonious, which encourages demand for dental treatment for correcting imperfections dental. Like aesthetics is the science of copying a work or harmonize with nature in a restorative treatment, she should not be restricted to the return of form and function of dental elements, but should act in the capacity to reestablish a new smile that fits the lifestyle of the patient, to their work, their social position, and bring out their characteristics aesthetic. Currently, depending on the evolution od adhesive systems in resin cements and dental ceramics, it is possible perform restorative treatments with high aesthetic standart and maximum preservation of tooth structure. Among the options less restorative invasive, there is the production of ceramic laminates, which have shown satisfatory clinical results and longevity with-proved. The profssional should always have a mind to make the correct diagnosis, proper planning followed by a sequence for each clinical case. The dental ceramics, with a series of intrinsic characteristics desirable, such as biocompatibility, high compressive strength and abrasion resistance, color stability, radiopacity, chemical stability, coefficient of thermal expancion next to the teeth present themselves as one of the best materials in science and art of dental reconstruction. The veneers are indicated for all anterior teeth, they must have their shape, position, size or color restored contributing much to the aesthetic and functional restauration of patients with this strain. Given this, we performed a clinical case, followed the recommended techniques and conclude with the available literature found support, and clinical experience, which laminates, when properly displayed can be chosen as the material of choice for anterior aesthetics, aiming aesthetic and functional factors
