The school is the place where the child first experiences rather than experience in extrafamilial society. It is through a kindergarten that a construction of respect and human diversity begins, through an intensive process of socialization that can generate certain conflicts. It is from the observation that the child recognizes that he needs to divide space, time, attention and materials with other colleagues, and also accepts that in school, not always his frequencies, thus creating a range of conflicts. How rules consist of possible mediators for the problems that emerge in school. For this reason, this research is dedicated to studying how children between the ages of four and five purchase the rules of living in their school. A data collection was carried out with children and five children enrolled in a Public School of the Municipal System of Bauru (São Paulo) and their teacher, who works in the afternoon. From the execution of the work, it was possible to prove the majority of the children interviewed, it is not a relation with a need for the existence of the rule, however, recognized in what is right, obey them, otherwise suffered consequences. We also verified that a teacher understands that as rules are for the educational process, although it is a difficulty when it is necessary to act with the children
