A common problem to be addressed when one wants to maintain a team of students trained for annual robotics competitions is turnover. The RoboSamba team consists of students of the Control and Automation Engineering of the São Paulo State University "Julio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP, campus Sorocaba. Each year, new students are added to the team and others leave for activities such as internships, educational exchanges and course conclusion work. Despite the knowledge transfer is a constant action performed within the team, a lot of the experiences is lost with the group's turnover. In this paper it is described a proposal to assist in the maintenance and updating of knowledge in the team, promoting integration and knowledge acquisition through a partnership between two educational institutions: UNESP and SENAI.
