Resumo: This work aimed at understanding the Program Payments For Environmental Services, especially in relation to Mina D'Água Project - São Paulo in the basin of Ribeirão Vai and Vem, in Santo Anastácio - Sao Paulo, Brazil, which is part of River basin Santo Anastacio. This work aims to contribute to environmental planning and instigating the landowners and the City to enter the PSA programs to conserve and preserve the riparian forests and, consequently, improve the quality and quantity of water in the springs and waterways. The methodology consisted of working the Forest Code, Law No. 12,651 of 2012, in the basin under study, performing the simulation of recovery of Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) of waterways as fiscal module at a country estate, with mappings the 1: 3. 000, in more detail the area. Have as a result of this research the maps of Use and Land Cover in the watershed and the APP, the situation of APP, the simulation of Mina D'Água Project in the upper reaches of Ribeirão Vai and Vem, in order to instigate implementation of this water management tool in this watershed. Thus, with this work focused on the protection and preservation of the environment in the territorial unit of the river basin is expected to contribute to the actions for the protection and recovery of vegetation around water bodies

Esse trabalho visa contribuir para o planejamento ambiental e instigar os proprietários rurais e a Prefeitura Municipal a adentrar aos programas de PSA para conservar e preservar as matas ciliares e, consequentemente, melhorar a qualidade e quantidade de água nas nascentes e cursos d'água. A metodologia consistiu em trabalhar o Código Florestal, Lei Nº 12.651 de 2012, na bacia hidrográfica em estudo, realizando a simulação da recuperação das Áreas de Preservação Permanentes (APP) dos cursos d'água conforme o módulo fiscal de cada propriedade rural, com mapeamentos na escala 1:3. 000, com maior detalhamento da área. Tem-se como resultados dessa pesquisa os mapas de Uso e Cobertura da Terra, na bacia hidrográfica e nas APP, a situação das APP, a simulação do Projeto Mina D'Água no alto curso do Ribeirão Vai e Vem, de modo a instigar a implementação desse instrumento de gestão das águas nesta bacia hidrográfica.
