Resumo: The main objective of this research was to present the hypothesis of using Lean Startup in the healthcare segment as a way of improving the process of creation and development of new products and services in the industry. We performed a literature review on Startup, Lean, Lean Healthcare and Lean Startup. The research was characterized as exploratory, bringing a case of using the Lean Startup by the U.S. government. © IFAC.
