Resumo: | The work presented here presents the theme of social justice based on the approach taken to this by the American philosopher Nancy Fraser who, through established categories and essential concepts, It seeks to elaborate a normative theorization aiming at researching the social claims proper to contemporaneity constitutive demands for justice. Amid the plurality and variety of particular manifestations characteristic of contemporary societies, the author carries out an in-depth investigation that makes it possible to understand concretely the relationship between the subjects and social institutions as originators of more or less just actions. Thus, in reflecting on specific fundamental historical periods, the laying down of value standards - responsible for these, for the rule of human preferences - and, consequently, for the social needs manifested, Fraser part of the observation of the activities of the social movements between the years 1970 and 1980, arriving until the advent of globalization and the transitions suffered by the social structure and organization of the individuals amid the collectivity to reach, thus, a concrete and close argument about the relation between the theories of justice, the built normative models and society. Through particular key concepts such as framework, recognition and representation, it is possible to deduce from the theorization placed here, their respective clashes and theoretical contributions that, When problematized from the observation of collective experiences, come to elucidate the goal of the author with its research and provide reflections on the future of the democratic arrangements and social participation in the political sphere. |

Em meio a pluralidade e variedade de manifestações particulares características das sociedades contemporâneas, a autora realiza uma investigação aprofundada que possibilita compreender de forma concreta a relação entre os sujeitos e as instituições sociais como originadoras de ações mais ou menos justas. Assim, ao refletir a respeito de períodos históricos específicos fundamentais a colocação de padrões de valor - responsáveis estes, pela regência das preferências humanas - e, consequentemente, às necessidades sociais manifestadas, Fraser parte da observação das atividades dos movimentos sociais entre os anos de 1970 e 1980, chegando até o advento da globalização e as transições sofridas pela estrutura social e organização dos indivíduos em meio a coletividade para atingir, assim, uma argumentação concreta e próxima do real sobre a relação entre as teorias de justiça, os modelos normativos construídos e a sociedade.
