Resumo: | The appearance, texture and tonality serve as quality indicators of a product when sold to the consumer. The objective was to determine the preference of the consumers FCAV between brown eggs and white eggs, and associate this result with the myth about redneck eggs and yolk. After the creation of birds, was held educational methodologies, extension to show what is the myth. |
