Resumo: The environmental issues, like burn events and deforestation, have been growing in Brazilian Amazonia mainly as a result of the expansion of agricultural activities and land grabbing. In this sense, Remote Sensing appears as an important tool for the study of these events. With this in view, this study aims to describe the land cover and map the susceptibility to fire of Sao Felix do Xingu - PA using spatial metrics in the region.
