Resumo: The aim of this section is to explore cognitive aspects on the use of (digital) technology in mathematics education regarding distinct but overlapping phases. This section explores questions such as: What are the current issues on cognition and the use of technology in mathematics education? The five chapters of this section discuss current trends on the use of digital technology toward interests related to mathematics teaching, learning, and activity.
