Many cities have found an alternative to groundwater for their supply, which is justified by the relatively superior quality of aquifers in relation to surface water bodies, as well as their easy exploration and availability. However, the state of conservation of water resources is not the only limiting factor for life, since different organisms act in restricted thermal intervals that allow their development and reproduction. In order to understand the presence of groundwater and its dynamics in part of the Bauru Aquifer System (BAS) at the Ecological Station of Santa Bárbara (EEcSB), a monitoring network was installed, with a total of 56 piezometers. that a series of statistical mappings and analyzes were performed on different variables seeking to evidence their disposition and interaction with the environment. The study area was chosen due to the intense environmental preservation that allows results with lower levels of anthropic interference. Different correlation intensities were found between the variables of temperature, water table, attitude and depth of the wells. The mappings highlighted the thermal differences present in the five microcatchments inserted in the EEcSB and the oscillations in its water table in two periods (01/07/2016 and 05/09/2017) with interval of a little more than one year between them
