Resumo: The report book is a product that enables a clearer and deeper knowledge about a fact. Based on this premise, this work arises with the intention of presenting and finding reasons for the dissemination of hate speech in social networks against the councilwoman Marielle Franco after her execution, which occurred on March 14, 2018. With the proposal of showing the importance of the study and fight against hate speech and fake news, we sought to bring to the readers concepts and knowledge related to hate speech, violence and its impacts on society, based on Marielle's case
