Currently we see the Physics teaching in schools, in general, as being something dull in that you can hardly see the interest on the part of students for this Science. In this context, techniques and teaching methods have been investigated aiming at greater efficiency in the teaching and learning process in elementary and high schools. As an example, we cite the following excerpt: "experimentation can contribute effectively in the teaching-learning process, ensuring a significant learning by the student.¹ In this excerpt we analyze that the author supports the idea of application of experimentation as an effective method to increase interest in science by the student. This method could be adopted by public schools, with a view to improving the teaching of Sciences, since it can lead to good results. The project developed in the Faculty of Engineering of Guaratinguetá is also based on the same method, experimentation, and we used as part of the project the Energy Exhibition, this experimentation being carried out in a contextualized way.
