This study presents a spatio-temporal analysis of the hydrosedimentological dynamic in Aguapeí and Peixe Rivers, located in the west of São Paulo state. Considering the economic and environmental importance of the watersheds to this area, the study aimed to examine the sedimentological behavior to understand the fluvial processes operating on both channels. For development this study, bottom and suspended sediment samples were collected in three cross sections of rivers, with sampling points located in low, medium and high courses. The collection period was based on a seasonal perspective, featuring different periods according to the hydrologic and climatic regime of the region, in the months of December 2011 and March, June and December 2012. Were realized laboratory analysis and statistical processing of the samples for further interpretation and discussion of results. From the data of particle size was observed in Aguapeí and Peixe rivers the predominance of fine sediments in the sections and sample periods. About the concentration of suspended sediment, it is noted that the Peixe river has a greater concentration of sediment in relation to Aguapeí river
